American Truck Training on The Oklahoma News Report

Eight years ago, Chris Stockton, a veteran with no prior driving experience, heard a radio ad from American Truck Training that promised earning over $50,000 in the first year with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Today, he is a successful truck driver and trainer. American Truck Training’s president, Jerome Redmond, is committed to helping veterans like Stockton transition into trucking, a vital industry with a current shortage of 80,000 drivers. Through initiatives like Task Force Movement, Redmond aims to bridge the gap between veterans leaving the military—178,000 of whom exit each year without a job—and the demand for truck drivers. With CDL programs that can be completed in as little as 4-6 weeks, American Truck Training is dedicated to providing opportunities for veterans to secure meaningful employment and support their families.
