Refund Policy:
SCHOOL REFUND POLICY Applicants who cancel their enrollment in accordance with the Cancellation Policy within three (3) business days from the date of enrollment are entitled to a full refund of tuition. Students who withdraw or is withdrawn from the school prior to completion of training are eligible for a refund of tuition. Refunds will be based on the tuition charge incurred by the student at the time of withdrawal, not the amount the student has actually paid. Refunds will be made within 30 days the school determines the student has withdrawn. It is understood that any terms extended to any student are for convenience in paying the tuition and fees and are not in any way to be considered as payment(s) for periods of time. By accepting applications, the school has assumed the obligation of furnishing a complete program, instructors, equipment, laboratories, classrooms and other facilities necessary for at the stated offered tuition cost for training and with the understanding that refunds of unearned tuition will be made on a prorata basis using the following formula: REFUND = TUITION INCURRED - ($349.75 X CLASS DAYS SINCE ENROLLMENT), as calculated based on the last day of attendance. Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal. Any refunds due to third party funding (e.g., WIA, BIA) will be returned within 30 days of the date it’s determined that the student has withdrawn.
